Narri offers wellness products including (but not limited to) ghee, honey, Ayurvedic supplements, and handmade personal care items. All descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the quantities of any product or service we offer.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes as per Indian law (GST or others).
We accept payments through secure third-party gateways and retain no card or bank details. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information.

4. Order Acceptance & Fulfilment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. Your order will be accepted and confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email or SMS.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason including errors in pricing, stock availability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship orders within 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–9 business days, depending on location. More details are provided in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return window. Customers must ship the product to our registered address at their cost. Products must be unused, sealed, and in original condition.
