At Narri Global Foundation – Wellness Lifestyle, we take pride in offering traditionally crafted, nature-aligned wellness products. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to support you with a fair and transparent return and refund policy.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You have valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)

Returns will not be accepted:

  • After 7 days from delivery

  • If the product has been used, opened, or tampered with

  • For products bought during promotions or clearance sales

  • For perishable or hygiene-sensitive items (like food, ghee, or supplements)


2. Return Shipping Instructions

Customers must self-ship the item to the address below at their own expense:

Please pack the item securely and use a trackable courier service. Narri is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at sampark@narri.com or WhatsApp +91 88491 11178 within 7 days

  2. Share your order ID, issue details, and clear photos or video of the item

  3. Our support team will verify and approve the return within 2 working days

  4. Once approved, ship the item to our return address

  5. After inspection, we’ll process your refund or replacement


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • A full or partial refund will be issued based on the item’s condition

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you must provide bank account details for a manual transfer

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


5. Replacement Policy

If your order qualifies due to damage or shipping error:

  • We will offer a free replacement product

  • Replacements are shipped within 5 working days after verification


6. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
